ComTop
Technologies linear guideways are 100% interchangeable with all of
the most popular brands on the market today. ComTop Technologies linear
guideways use a unique single rail design. All their series of blocks
for a single size (ex 25-mm) will run on the same rail. What does this mean for
you? Less rail
inventory! No need to
keep stock for two different series rails for the same size. If you use multiple style
blocks (Ex. SR and HSR blocks) you can run both ComTop block series
on the same rail system.
This one of a kind design rail system will reduce your
engineering time by simplifying changes during design. All ComTop Blocks are self
lubricating and you can request a grease fitting for additional
lubrication. ComTop
offers an option for a large capacity oil reservoir that attaches
directly to the block for extended service life. In place of rail caps ComTop
offers cover strips that go along the entire length of the rail to
prevent contamination from entering the bolt holes. As a master distributor

BR Series Linear Guideway with an Additional Oil
Tank
This
world patented design oil reservoir extends the life of the
guideway. The Oil Tank feeds oil directly into the block to
allow for long extended intervals with no
maintenance. ComTop offers this oil tank as an
additional option to their self lubing block. This option
adds even a larger capacity of oil by attaching an oil
tank directly to the block for extended service life.
There is no longer any need to install a lubrication system when
ComTop guideways are used.
BR Series Linear Guideway Cover
Strip
This
optional guideway rail cover strip is cut to length and applied
over the top of the rail using a special tool. Side clamps are
installed to hold the strip in place. No longer is there a
need to place small plastic caps in every bolt hole.
